On Sunday, April 14, at 3:00 p.m., the Freedom Dreamers group will return to Royal Oak First. This month’s event will feature an interactive panel discussion on “Overcoming Explicit Bias Towards Returning Citizens” and will conclude with a meal and fellowship. Royal Oak First members George Bard, Arthur Jemison, and David Mayer will be participating in the panel, along with Detroit Police Commissioner Daryl Woods who will share his insights from within the walls of prison and outside.
