The goal of Hands with Detroit is for United Methodists throughout the region to join our hands together to support our neighbors in Detroit during the weekend of October 1st. Royal Oak First has signed up to participate in two ways: we will help establish a new dog park near Cass Community Services on Saturday, October 1, and we will pack sandwiches and lunches on Sunday, October 2 that we can send to the NOAH Project. We hope you will all share a bit of your time as we join with other United Methodist Churches to make a big impact with our neighbors.
