A RE-NEWED BUILDING FOR A NEW VISION

Our New Wave Plan being made concrete

A plan has been in the works to renew our church building, to accommodate our New Wave plan for worship, outreach spiritual growth, and fellowship.

We’ve got an architect refining our plan and need to know how much we can successfully complete. So, we had a feasibility study.

The study was completed and formally presented to an all-church gathering on Wednesday, September 3. About 40 were in attendance.

In summary, our consultant conservatively estimated that the congregation is able to support a capital fund program of $650,000-850,000. Add to that, the proceeds of property sales estimated at $1.3 million; so he believes the congregation could sustain a project of $1.95 million to $2.15 million over three years. He believes that the congregation should undertake a renovation; but cautions that it should not start until the properties are sold.
