This year, we are trying something NEW! A VBS program that lasts all summer. Each Sunday morning, May 25-September 7 will be Vacation Bible School. There will be on-going contests that conclude on July 13 (Christmas in July Sunday) and September 7 (our annual Rally Day Sunday). Students will be awarded points for a variety of activities, such as being present, memorizing verses, and bringing friends. If you must be away, but attended another church, we will even give you credit for attending that other church.

Our students and volunteers will be getting ready for a County Fair. We want to raise prize-worthy “Fruit of the Spirit.” Along the way, there will be a few field trips – for extra points!

Plan now to be part of this exciting summer program. We need volunteers and students!

Church On Wednesday

Holy COW, Look at THIS!

At 5:30 we all sit down for dinner, together. Friends are meeting friends. Families are sitting together with other families. New friends are meeting old friends. The entire church comes together at a casual meal. At 6:05, adults and kids go off to their own classes and activities.

Adults!

We have some interesting options just for you! We offer a variety of classes in 6-week sessions. See the Adult Study Groups page for current class offerings.

Youth!

Your life is busy, so Wednesday night gives you a lot for your time. It will be hard to believe we fit it all in: dinner, Bible study, choir, and a special interests.

Children!

There is a place for all of our children on Wednesday nights - full nursery though grade school. Everyone is special. Everyone has a place!

Holy COW can be a great source of inspiration. Sometimes, it will inspire you. Sometimes, you will inspire others. Together, our faith journey will be enhanced.

We continually re-evaluate the program, so feel free to send us your comments. We might return to the former high school schedule, since the more vocal students state that they preferred that. Everyone else seems quite pleased with the new format. We will continue to seek classes that add skill and meaning to our church life. Let us know your comments. We do listen and respond….

Pre-COW -
“Cooking for Large Groups” (3:30-5:45 p.m.) – You can become a great chef. Experienced cooks share their secrets with you so that you become comfortable in the kitchen and with large group meals. This 6-week class will prepare the meal for Holy COW while sharing basic procedures for handling food. Pre-registration is very helpful.
